    Coles and the complex stores are a convenient place for us to get most of what we need. Staff are great.

    This is the worst big name supermarket I have been to. It is the closest one to where I live but I recently stopped shopping there. The final straw is that at certain times there are no manned checkouts open. There is always a horrible smell from the deli section. Go there after 7:30pm and the isles are blocked by pallets for restocking. Coles released a statement in January that they would be having more manned checkouts but this store has done the opposite.

    Customer Service needs attention. Never seen such a sour person on their Sevice Desk Same person all the time

    The crazy thing is it could be fantastic. The Centre has been built back too front. The toilets and service trucks are looking onto the Lake. Its a piece of real estate that could help the community have a really positive shopping experience if it was onto the water.
